Community Reinvestment Act
Reinvesting in the communities we serve.
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of their entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. For a bank built in a small Kansas town, that isn't a regulation, it's just how we've always done business.
Our commitment
How we reinvest locally.
Lending across our communities
We extend agricultural, consumer, mortgage, and small-business credit throughout our assessment area, including to low- and moderate-income borrowers and neighborhoods.
Local investment & service
Our people serve on local boards, support schools and 4-H, and invest time and dollars back into the towns we call home.
Accessible banking
Five branches, drive-up service, and digital banking keep everyday banking within reach across north central Kansas.
CRA Public File
Our CRA Public File, including our most recent CRA performance evaluation and assessment-area maps, is available for review at any branch during lobby hours, or by request. We're happy to walk you through it.
First National Bank and Trust is a Member FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender. Written comments about our performance in helping to meet community credit needs may be submitted to the bank and to our federal regulator; ask any branch for the current mailing address.
